“Director of Photography”
JIMMY WONG 王金城 is a veteran of Asian cinema. Renowned for his graceful and fluid camera work, he remains one of the busiest cinematographers in the business today. His unique visual compositions are prevalent in numerous iconic Hong Kong feature films over the years including “Infernal Affairs”, “Warlords”, “The Medallion” and “3-D Sex and Zen: Extreme Ecstasy”.
In 2010, Wong’s work was showcased in the psychological thriller “Revenge, a Love Story” which debuted at the Busan International Film Festival. Most recently, Wong’s cinematic skills were celebrated in the film “Let’s Go”, starring Asia singing sensation Juno Mak which was the Closing film of the 2011 Asian Film Festival.
Wong’s collaboration with Stanley Orzel began more than 15 years ago in Hong Kong. “Lost for Words 愛。真。承” is his first English language feature film.
